In this regard, the Director of the National Business Institute in Dammam Abdul Wahab bin Saad Al Fardan taklked about the success of the mechanism in the selection of projects and then success in their implementation, where he said in a working paper entitled (Select your idea) that the leading position to discover the extent of his readiness to manage its own project, as The success of the idea of the project depends on the owner of the idea, including his financial status and character, skills and knowledge, and not anyone else.

Al Fardan wondered where the idea of the project comes from. He pointed that the ideas of the projects come from several sources, such as telling someone about the idea of the project, or that the investor is working on developing a project idea in which he relied on discussions with some friends about some ideas, Or that some imitate the idea of an existing project to be developed, or that the individual has the skills and abilities he wants to invest.

He pointed to the possibility of identifying the idea of the project by listening to potential customers, and visit some projects, and the discovery of human resources, and the search for alternatives to imported products and access to sources of information .. pointing out that not every good idea to be necessarily applicable, So there should be "a relationship between the investor and the idea there are between 100 - 1000 ideas to choose one" calling for non-investment that began to descend down, and should search for ideas with value added.

In this regard, Al Fardan stressed that the good project starts with a good idea. The idea of the project is a precise and short description of the project to be set up. Hence, any investor needs before the start of the project to make sure that he has a clear idea of the idea of the project he intends to manage.

Al Fardan pointed that the opportunity is an investment idea that gives returns and profits on the capital invested and compensates for the acceptance of the expected risks, explaining that the ideas and turn into opportunities should be available a number of conditions including (to achieve value added to the end consumer. A profitable market.

He pointed that the idea to be managed commercially and compensate for the risks, requires the answer to the four fundamental questions (what, what, who, and how) and what the needs and desires of customers that will bring the idea? And what will sell the idea? Who are the customers? and how the product or service will be sold. In conclusion, the lecturer was honored with a memorial shield.
